Our Story

Sophia’s bridal is an independent bridal boutique that is locally owned. Prior to opening Sophia’s, the owners had worked with several friends and family members to help them find the perfect dress for their weddings. During these experiences and shopping excursions they were disappointed to find that the Indianapolis area lacked a boutique that offered truly unique gowns. In addition, they didn’t receive any advice or attention from consultants they were working with. So they set out on a mission…

To become the first upscale bridal boutique in the Indianapolis area to offer original bridal and formalwear designers while providing one- on- one attention as well as educate and assist customers with every detail of their wedding planning.

Sophia’s has grown exponentially over the past few years, but has not lost their commitment to take care of their customers at one of the most important times in their lives. Our focus has always been to help our clients find the perfect dress for them. Not just to find any dress and sell it to everyone. Most of our growth has come from referrals from our brides and bridesmaids that saw something different at Sophia’s. Our staff and level of care is what sets us apart, but our gowns are what keep people talking! We want our customers to feel special and unique on their wedding day. We want their guests to ask, “where did you get that dress?” And for the bride to happily exclaim, “Sophia’s!” We appreciate all of the weddings we have been able to be a part of and look forward to continuing to serve brides in the Indianapolis area.
